At Diamond Auto Spa and Lube we take our role in protecting and preserving our environment very seriously. Sometimes it’s “Not Easy Being Green” but it’s our responsibility and our commitment to you.

Here are just a few things we do to support our local environment:

• Recycle virtually 100% of all fresh water used in car wash operations (nearly 2,500,000 gallons a year)
• Professionally recycle nearly 40,000 gallons of used motor oil a year
• Recycle nearly 40,000 used oil filters a year
• Car wash effluents (dirt, grime, oils) disposed of as hazardous waste
• Use only professionally cleaned rags in the lube facility
• Collect waste oil and anti-freeze from “Do It Yourselfers”
• Adhere to Water Saver ™ standards program to ensure optimal water usage
• Use only environmentally safe Ecolab wash chemicals
• Certified “Beyond Green” by Ecolab wash chemical company
• Voluntarily certified by Georgia Environmental Protection Division for water conservation standards
• Support local environmental consciousness and fundraising through Diamond Promise Program
• Member of the Lake Lanier Association and sponsor the annual Shore Sweep
• Safety and Pollution Prevention (S/P2) Certified store managers
• Use recycled printer cartridges
