Ballard named operations director for Diamond Auto Spa

M. Scott Ballard as director of operations and marketing for Diamond Auto Spa and Lube.
A 25-year veteran of the U.S. Marines, Ballard brings his leadership experience and, as an aircraft maintenance officer, has a deep understanding of what it takes to properly maintain complex equipment and to provide service.
In addition, Ballard offers significant experience in technician training and employee mentoring.
“Having been a business partner in Diamond Auto Spa and Lube since its beginning made Ballard the natural choice for the position,” said Chad Klinck, president of Diamond Auto Spa and Lube. “His leadership experience will take our business to a new level of excellence.”
